What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused conversation designed to help you explore your goals, challenges, and ideas — and unlock your own answers. It's grounded in deep listening, curiosity, and powerful questions. The agenda is always yours, and the outcome is driven by you.

What Coaching isn’t

Advice-giving, therapy, or mentoring. I won’t tell you what to do — but I will help you uncover your own insight, motivation, and direction. It’s not about fixing — it’s about expanding what’s possible.

What a Coaching Session Looks Like

Each session is a 60-minute conversation where we focus on what matters most to you. You can choose between an International Coaching Federation (ICF) - style session, which is completely client-led, or I can offer a more guided session on specific topics.

With either approach, expect thoughtful questions and time to reflect as we explore together in a space that’s safe, structured, and fully yours. You may come away with new insights, decisions, actions — or simply more clarity than you had before.

When I might use coaching tools

Sometimes, I’ll introduce simple tools or exercises — either during our session or as something for you to reflect on between sessions. These tools are always optional, and always in service of your goals.

The Benefits of Coaching

People often say coaching helps them:

  • Gain clarity on what they really want or on an issue that's been bothering them

  • Make confident decisions

  • Feel seen, heard and supported

  • Identify (and shift) limiting beliefs

  • Feel more empowered and less stuck

  • Take intentional action toward their goals

You don’t need to be in crisis — coaching is just as powerful when you’re doing well but want to do even better.

Ways We Can Work Together

My current offers are below, you can choose the level of support that works best for you.

A) One-off Coaching Sessions (60 minutes)

Book a session whenever you want to explore a specific topic, decision, or idea. A powerful space to gain clarity, confidence, or next steps — no ongoing commitment required.

B) Bundle of 3 or 6 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)

Ideal if you'd like regular space to think and grow over time. We can meet weekly, fortnightly, or whatever rhythm suits you best. The agenda is always yours — use the space to explore anything from career to confidence to big life changes.

3 sessions - £160

6 sessions - £320

C) Guided Coaching Format (one-off or bundle)

If you’re new to coaching or prefer a more structured approach, this format adds light guidance to your sessions. We can focus on things like:

  • Finding clarity around a challenge or decision

  • Identifying limiting beliefs

  • Reframing or transforming beliefs that may be holding you back

You still lead the way — I simply offer more shape when it’s helpful.

I am not a licensed medical or mental health professional, and coaching should not be used as a substitute for care from qualified healthcare providers. Coaching is not about giving answers or telling you what to do, and while it can be deeply impactful, results are not guaranteed. The value of coaching depends on your openness, willingness to reflect, and your commitment to doing the work between sessions. You are always responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.
