I’m Layal, founder of Mindset to Mission.
I help purpose-led women navigate aligned transitions into more meaningful work and lives.
My own path has involved multiple identity shifts and career transitions, including moving into sustainability risk within my corporate career, to training and progressing through certifications to fulfil my aspirations in coaching, zumba and yoga instructing.
I know what it feels like to sense that something more aligned is calling, while also navigating fear, self-doubt, visibility blocks, time constraints and the discomfort of becoming a different version of yourself.
